Olga Lesna is the founder of the Institute for Positive and Coaching Psychology. She holds a Master of Science in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (University of East London); is a registered psychologist in Belgium (Psychologencommissie), and an accredited Senior Practitioner with EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
She also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Tabacology and smoking cessation at KU Leuven, Faculty of Medicine, and is a certified resilience trainer. With expertise in behavioural change, stress management, well-being, and occupational psychology, Olga supports both individuals and organisations in creating sustainable transformations.
